for 28 years now Al Ferri has made apple cider, from apples the he grows, with his own cider press, right on the farm. unlike apple juice, apple cider is straight from the apple into the bottle, no water, no sweetners, no artificial flavors needed. because of this only sound ripe fruit, picked from the trees, must be used.
